Hydration is so important for physical and mental energy. Be sure to drink at least half your body weight in ounces of water each day. Make sure you replenish electrolytes. Drink even more if you’re sweating or outside. Beat the summer heat and optimize your energy. 💦

Why am I so passionate about what I do as an FDN?

🥰 I believe everyone should feel healthy and energetic in their body so that they can feel able and excited to go after life, their dreams and their passions. The best way to achieve healthy energy and live a full life is to be fully connected to your body so that you can detect when things are out of balance and understand how to take care of your body so that you can be truly healthy in every way. In order to really be in tune with your body and take care of it, you need to understand how it works, what is going on inside, and also how different habits impact your body/health.

👍 The best way to do this is with access to the right constellation of diagnostic tools to fully understand how your body is functioning, where imbalances are, and then providing your body with the correct form of diet, rest, exercise, stress reduction and supplementation that meets your body’s specific needs and helps your body to function optimally.

🎯 People need to learn how to listen to their body. Symptoms are clues to imbalances and dysfunctions. Your body is trying to tell you that it needs you to pay attention and take care of it. The body is innately intelligent and it wants to heal and stay in balance. We must take charge of our health and our bodies. Symptoms, illness and disease accumulates over a long period of time. Therefore, healing also takes time, consistency and a whole body approach. 😉

Yay…it’s summer! 😎 Time to enjoy loads of wonderful, fresh, and ripe fruits and veggies!! Check out my June list of seasonal fruits and veggies.

Fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables not only taste better, but they are actually full of more nutrients since they are more likely to be sourced closer to home, stored for less time and grown in more optimal weather conditions for that particular fruit and vegetable.

This is the time of year that we really enjoy hitting the local farmer’s markets. It is so fun to select fresh and ripe produce and it is so important to support our local farmers.

Our favorites right now are berries (all kinds), peaches, avocado and tomatoes. 🫐 🍑🥑🍅
